When are Council Meetings Held

Council Meetings 

Regular meetings of council are held at the Community Building at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth (when possible) Thursday of each month. Check the calendar for all scheduled meetings. Notices for the meetings are posted and throughout the Village. Residents are invited to attend and can publicly comment during the Citizens' Comments portion of the meetings. All meetings are live streamed on the Facebook page. 

Work Sessions 

Work sessions are held at 7:00p.m. on the First Thursday of each month (could be either zoom or in person). Additional work sessions are scheduled as needed.  Residents are invited to attend in person work sessions. No resolution, regulation, rule, ordinance or formal action of any kind shall be adopted at a work session. 

How may I watch/listen to Council events?

 

Residents are invited to attend and Council Meetings and can publicly comment during the Citizens' Comments portion of the meetings.  They are live streamed on the Village Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/VillageMinervaPark).  Recordings of these live streams are typically posted on the Village website and YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6UCizZJA5W_yoZu-6TPqog) within 48 hours of the event.

Committees may meet in person or over Zoom.  All committee meetings are recorded; recordings of these live streams are typically posted on the Village website and YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6UCizZJA5W_yoZu-6TPqog) within 48 hours of the event.
